3. Account Registration & Management
Each individual may open only one account on agw99. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information
The name, date of birth, address, and contact details provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and funds being withheld. agw99 may request additional documentation in certain cases.
3.3 Closing Your Account

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on agw99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform supports the most popular mobile and bank payment methods in Bangladesh.
Deposit
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods)
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer
- For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank can be used.
- Once a deposit is successfully confirmed, it will be added to your account.
Withdrawal

4.1 Third-Party Payments Prohibited
Users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits or withdrawals using another person's mobile number or bank account are not permitted. If this rule is violated, the transaction may be cancelled and the account suspended.
4.2 Fraudulent & Irregular Transactions
If any transaction appears fraudulent, unusual, or suspicious, agw99 reserves the right to hold it for review. Additional documents may be requested from the user to verify relevant information.
5. Bonus & Promotion Terms
agw99 offers various bonuses and promotions to its users. Each bonus has specific conditions that the user must follow.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
- If artificial betting or irregular patterns are detected for the purpose of claiming bonuses, the bonus will be cancelled.
- agw99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- No guarantee of profit is provided through bonuses or promotions.
6. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
